The IRB EWG Worksop presented to the EaP participants: members of IRB EWG, representatives of the line ministries and of the Competition Council in EaP, the EU key elements and practices related to market analysis of the electronic communication sector. Thus, topics such as relevant products and services susceptible to the National Regulatory Authority analysis and their regularly review, the adequate remedies aimed at addressing market failures were among the subjects discussed during this event. The Workshop was attended by the representatives of BEREC working group that works on market economic analysis (MEA) who provided very valuable information about the approach that should be considered by the EaP expert in their work
