13^th IRB EWG meeting aims at analysing the data collection based on EU DESI indicators, approve the Workshop Report on the practical implementation of the Broadband Cost Reduction Directive and recommendations for EaP countries; learn from BEREC WG about the work on competition multiple NGA networks and BEREC and the Response to the public consultation on the revised EC State Aid Guidelines.

The EaPeReg Network Members gathered in Chisinau for the Plenary Assembly of 11 September 2012, where the Memorandum of Understanding of the Eastern Partnership Regulators Network was approved. In the Memorandum, the Members committed themselves to improving relations and fostering cooperation amongst them. In achieving its objectives, the Network is supported by the project of technical assistance for regulators of the EaP countries (financed by the European Union), which started in January 2013.
