The EaPeReg 25th Plenary Meeting was held online on 17 June 2025. Around 40 participants from 20 countries participated in the Plenary. The meeting was also attended by the representatives of DG ENEST (previously – DG NEAR), EU4Digital, ITU, BEREC and EMERG. The Plenary Meeting was hosted by the Public Utilities Commission of Latvia (SPRK) EaPeReg Vice-Chair for 2025. Cecoforma organised virtual meeting logistics. The Meeting was moderated by the representatives of EaPeReg Vice-Chair – Dana Radionova and Nataliia Lado.
The main goal of the Plenary Meeting was to:
- Assess EaPeReg work in the first half of 2025;
- Confirm EaPeReg activities for the second half of 2025;
- Overview the EWGs reports on the progress made in the first half of 2025 and main plan for the second half of 2025;
- Review the progress made on the joint deliverables of EU4Digital facility and EaPeReg;
- Nominate the EaPeReg Chair and vice-Chair for 2026;
- Exchange of information between EU MS and EaP NRAs on Plans, Ongoing Projects, and Priorities. This relatively new activity (introduced during the 23rd Plenary meeting in Bucharest, May 2024) aimed to facilitate the efficient dialogue between EU and EaP delegates thereby fostering stronger collaborative relations among EaPeReg participants.
