The EaPeReg 23rd Plenary Meeting and Workshop was held in Bucharest, Romania, on 22-23 May 2024 in hybrid format. 50 participants from 16 countries (5 EaP, 10 EU and 1 EMERG country) participated in the Plenary onsite and online. The meeting was also attended by the representatives of DG CNECT and DG NEAR, EU4Digital, ITU, BEREC and EMERG. The list of participants is attached. The Plenary Meeting was hosted by the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM), EaPeReg Vice-Chair for 2024. Cecoforma and ANCOM organised all the logistics. The Meeting was moderated by the representative of EaPeReg Chair (Sergiu Gaibu Director of ANRCETI).
